Where do you ship?
I currently ship across Canada. Planning to expand into the United States market in the near future—stay tuned!
How long does shipping take?
Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 5–7 business days, depending on your location. Expedited options are also available at checkout.
What are your shipping costs?
How much does shipping cost?
Free standard shipping on orders of $60 or more within Canada. For orders under $60, standard shipping is $9.95. If you need your order faster, express shipping is available at the following rates:
- 0 kg–2 kg: $14.95
- Over 2 kg: $19.95
Do you offer local pickup or delivery?
Currently, local pickup or delivery is not offered, but I occasionally participate in markets on Vancouver Island and within the Greater Victoria region. Follow me on social media or check the website to stay updated on where you can find me in person! ✨
2. Ordering & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
I accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Shopify Pay. I'm continuously exploring new payment methods to make checkout even easier.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, a tracking number will be emailed so you can follow its journey from the studio to your doorstep.
Can I change or cancel my order once it’s placed?
If you need to make changes, please contact me immediately. I’ll do my best to accommodate your request before your order is shipped. Once it’s shipped, changes or cancellations cannot be made.
3. Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Due to the personal nature of the skincare and bath products, returns or exchanges on open products are not accepted. If you experience any issues with your order, reach out to me and I’ll do my best to make it right.
What if my item arrived damaged?
Please email me with a photo of the damaged item and your order details. I’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Are your products natural?
Yes, all products are formulated with high-quality, naturally derived ingredients. I take inspiration from the magical botanicals and coastal elements found on Vancouver Island.
Are your products vegan?
Many products are vegan (like the Botanical Bath Salt collections), but some items contain animal-derived ingredients (e.g., the Whipped Tallow Face Cream). Each product description includes a full ingredient list, so you can see exactly what’s inside.
Are your products cruelty-free?
Absolutely! No animal testing is performed. Ingredients are sourced from suppliers who share a commitment to cruelty-free practices.

Are your products safe for sensitive skin?
I aim to create gentle formulas. Many collections—like Oats 'n' Goats and Oats 'n' Creme—are particularly kind to sensitive or dry skin. However, everyone’s skin is unique, so I recommend patch-testing any new product before full use.
What if I have a nut allergy?
Some products contain nut oils. All ingredients are listed on each product page, so please check carefully before purchasing. If you’re ever unsure, feel free to reach out for clarification!

How should I store my soap or bath products?
Keep soaps on a well-draining soap dish to help them dry between uses, ensuring they last longer. Store bath salts, scrubs, and other items in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
How do I use the Black Magic Serum?
Apply 2–3 drops onto clean, slightly damp skin (face and neck) in the morning and evening. Gently massage it in, then follow up with a moisturizer if desired.
What’s the best way to get a spa-like experience at home?
Try soaking in the Oats 'n' Creme Bath Soak, followed by a gentle cleanse with Lavender Moon soap. Afterward, apply Whipped Tallow Face Cream or Black Magic Serum for a complete rejuvenating ritual!

Do you offer custom orders or scents?
At this time, fully customized orders are not offered. However, there is a wide variety of scents and formulas to fit different preferences. I'm always exploring new ideas, so check back often!
Can I send a gift to someone directly?
Absolutely! Just enter the recipient’s shipping address at checkout.
