If for any reason you’re not completely happy with your purchase, please reach out to me. I’m here to help and will do my best to make things right.
Returns
Eligibility for Returns:
- To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as when you received it.
- It should also be in the original packaging.
Please Note:
Due to the nature of my handmade soaps and cosmetics, I cannot accept returns on opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons. However, if there’s an issue with your product, I’m committed to finding a solution that works for you.
Time Frame:
Please contact me to initiate your return within 7 days of the purchase date.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Gift cards
- Sale items (only regular priced items may be refunded)
- Opened or used products
Refunds
Process:
- Contact Me: Let me know you’d like to return an item by reaching out here with your order number and details.
- Inspection: Once I receive the returned item, I’ll inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria.
- Notification: I’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Refund: If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take a few days for the credit to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Partial Refunds:
In cases where items are not in their original condition, are damaged, or have missing parts for reasons not caused by my error, partial refunds may be granted.
Exchanges
Defective or Damaged Items:
If your item arrives defective or damaged, I’m here to help! Please contact me with details and a photo of the issue, and I’ll arrange an exchange or replacement for you.
Shipping
Return Shipping Costs:
- You’ll be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Delivery Times for Exchanges:
Depending on your location, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Lost or Damaged Returns:
I recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. I cannot guarantee that I will receive your returned item, so please ensure it’s sent securely.
Returns for Island Enchantments Merch
Please note that all Island Enchantments merchandise (e.g., apparel, accessories, and tote bags) is produced and fulfilled by my trusted third-party provider, Printful. As such, returns and exchanges for these items must follow Printful's return policy.
Important Notes:
- Returns are only accepted for defective or damaged items.
- I am unable to process returns or exchanges for items due to size or buyer’s remorse, as each item is made to order.
If you receive a defective or damaged merch item, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order with a photo of the issue. I will work with Printful to resolve the issue promptly.
For all other inquiries regarding merch returns, please contact me, and I will assist you in navigating the Printful return process.
