Standard Shipping
- Delivery Time: 3 to 9 business days
- Orders Under $80: $9.95 flat rate
- Orders $80 and Up: Free
Express Shipping
- Delivery Time: 1 to 2 business days

Shipping to the United States
As of February 2026, we have made the difficult decision to discontinue shipping to the United States.
Due to increasingly frequent customs delays and mandatory FDA inspections for handmade body products, we can no longer guarantee that our products will arrive within a reasonable timeframe or in the fresh, high-quality condition our customers deserve. Additionally, the astronomical rise in international shipping rates has made it impossible for us to continue service to this region while remaining a sustainable small business.
We sincerely apologize to our US-based customers for this change and thank you for your past support.
Order Processing and Shipping
Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 4 business days.
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Carriers
- Within Canada: Orders are primarily shipped through Canada Post, with additional couriers used as needed.
Delivery Time
- Within Canada: Orders typically arrive between 2–7 business days after processing.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is scanned into the mail system by Canada Post or the respective carrier, it is no longer under my control. This includes lost or stolen packages. If a package is marked “delivered” but has not been received, please contact the mail carrier directly.
Taxes
Within Canada
- All taxes are charged in accordance with provincial and federal regulations.
- Some provinces may require PST to be self-assessed by residents when ordering from out of province.
International Orders
I currently ship to Canada only. For inquiries about shipping to other international destinations, please contact me.
